Wagyu Striploin M5+ and M7+ Steaks

The Striploin comes from the back area between the shoulder blade and the hip bone. The Striploin has a superb flavour and a meatier yet still tender texture. This is a classic steakhouse cut.

Our Australian Wagyu is sourced from some of the world's most reputable suppliers. We carry a range of marble scores; the higher the number, the greater the marbling.

They are free of hormones and antibiotics.
