Our main source of Beef is from the fertile and pristine pastures of Australia. The extensive portfolio includes Full-blood Wagyu Beef from Mayura Station, Wagyu from WX by Rangers Valley, and Premium Angus Hereford Beef from O’Connors.
Our “Roaring Forties” Lamb is from the renowned Bass Strait, the ferocious stretch of ocean that separates Mainland Australia and Tasmania. It is also home to some of the most famous lamb-producing regions in the world.
Our poultry selection includes Jumbo Quails (both whole and butterflied) from the Brisbane Valley, as well as the Chosu Dori Chicken which is raised along the Chosu River in the Yamaguchi prefecture of Japan. All products are free from hormones and antibiotics.
Our pork is raised along the Midori Mountains which overlook the Arikake Sea in the Saga Prefecture. These white-skinned pigs are composed of various breeds and are bred to produce a superior and healthy pork like no other.
