Upon confirmation of the order and delivery date we will send a confirmation order. Please make sure all contact details are correct.
If a product is out of stock you may sign up on our waitlist and you will be notified when it is back in stock.
If we are unable to deliver a product that was ordered we will notify you directly and refund the value of the missing item.
Free delivery for orders over $1,000 of the net value of the order. (Amount - discount= $1,000 for free delivery).
Otherwise there is a $200 delivery charge.
We deliver across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. (Outlying Islands will be confirmed thru email)
