Porterhouses are the quintessential classic steakhouse steaks. They consist of both the striploin and tenderloin; separated by the hip bone so they offer two different types of the steaks in one. We offer them in 1.2-1.3 kg size that are godd for 2-3 people and a 1.5 kg size that are good for 3-4 people.
