Veal Jus


Our veal jus is a rich 100% stock reduction with no added salt, flavour enhancers, or thickeners. It is cooked using traditional open kettle method and slowly simmered for over 30 hours. This jus is an ideal base for soups, stews, and risottos, as well as a great flavour enhancer for casseroles and sauces.
