Tenderloin Angus

The tenderloin is the most tender muscle. It is ideal for roasting for large parties as a beef wellington or serving as petite smaller steaks. Because of its tenderness it is also ideal for children and toddlers.

Our Angus beef is sourced from Australia and is free from hormones and antibiotics.
