Ribeye Cap (350 day Grain Fed Angus/Wagyu Cross)

Highly marbled, tender, and full of flavor it's not hard to see why this is one of the most prized cuts. The caps is peeled off the main loin rolled and tied (pinwheeled). PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUT WILL BE TIED WITH A BUTCHERING STRING. The string is food safe and oven safe and can be cutoff after cooking.
