Mayura Porterhouse - Chocolate Fed Wagyu (Available for Limited Time only)

Porterhouses are the quintessential classic steakhouse steaks. They consist of both the striploin and tenderloin; separated by the hip bone so they offer two different types of steaks in one. We offer them in 1.2-1.3 kg size that are godd for 2-3 people and a 1.5 kg size that are good for 3-4 people.

Mayura Station produces award-winning Full-Blood Wagyu beef from purebred cattle. Raised on the fertile Limestone Coast pastures amid rolling hills, their cattle are finished with intense marbling. Through selections emphasizing pedigree and quality over quantity, Mayura Station defines excellence in full-blood Wagyu, taking top honors at Australian Wagyu Awards.
