Belazu Fig Leaf Vinegar


Fresh fig balanced with acidity gives way to notes of almond and toffee. Our new Fig Leaf Vinegar is sourced from Spain where it is carefully aged in oak barrels.

Locally produced Cabernet Sauvignon wine vinegar is carefully aged in oak barrels, ideal for dressings and desserts.


  • Use to dress vegetables and salads, especially where fig is a nautral partner, eg tomatoes, beetroots, pumpkin. Dressings for  game meats such as duck and grouse or to de glaze a roasting pan for lamb and chicken
  • Use sparingly with summer berries such as strawberries and raspberries to enhance their natural sweetness. Perhaps use to sharpen a caramel for use with ice cream and desserts.
  • Might also be in interesting ingredient for cocktail makers.
