The baerii caviar comes from the commonly known Siberian sturgeon. This species is originally from the Caspian Sea and its known for having a creamy texture and refined brown hue. It is one of the smaller sturgeon species reaching up to 40 kilograms in weight. Unlike regular Baerii, our’s will not be too soft, dark or salty.
